• USA: Fully compliant with EPA Tier 4 Final requirements for nonroad diesel engines.

• Canada: Harmonized with U.S. EPA standards; shipments accompanied by EPA certificate and label are compliant for importation.

• Assembly: Final genset configuration matches the certified engine specification, with no modifications to EPA‑regulated components.

📌 Order & Deposit Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm and initiate your order.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon receipt of the Bill of Lading, prior to shipment.

🚫 Non‑Refundable Conditions

• Customized or special‑order generators (including the GC‑1000S) are non‑refundable once manufacturing and assembly has commenced.

• Deposits are forfeited if the order is cancelled after production begins, due to the specialized nature of the product.

• Generators are not eligible for return once shipped, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• Cancellation before manufacturing begins (deposit refundable minus administrative fees).

• Verified manufacturer defect reported within 30 days of delivery.

• Ineligible cases: damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

• All shipments are handled under Incoterms

• Risk transfers to the buyer once the Bill of Lading is issued.

• Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees in Ghana are the responsibility of the buyer.

• The generator is supplied with manufacturer warranty coverage (Cummins engine, Stamford alternator, DeepSea controller).

• Warranty claims must be processed through Cansolvest Inc. with supporting documentation.

• Replacement parts and technical support are available directly from the manufacturer or authorized service partners.
